Ok so, I got the Adobe CS3 Master Suite which includes this program called Adobe Contribute. At first glance this program does it all - add blog topics, add webpages, etc. But a deeper dive in, it seems very complex. It didn't take long to set up the blog component - just input your login name and password, and say what your blog host is (Blogger, for me); thats it. But to add a post, it seems to be difficult to find the +Add button... But don't despair it is located in the top left hand corner of the main window.
At a second glance, it appears to be very confusing with numerous buttons, fields, add-ons, and links. This is just a face! It actually isn't that confusing from the get-go. If (and when) you look around the main window, it is very much like most Adobe products. It has the Add-in buttons, the text formating, and the title/tags field.
Adobe has taken what Dreamweaver does, and added new features, like the Blog feature, and the posting immediatly to the website/blog. Dreamweaver, as far as I know, doesn't have this feature unless you set it up, which is far more complex to use than Contribute.
All in all, Contribute would be good for the beginning blogger to keep track of numerous blogs, post to numerous blogs, and change your webpages (if you have any). If you would like to become more developed in HTML or Web scripting (Java, JS, HTML, PHP, ASP, etc), then Dreamweaver would be a better choice.
